Theme Switcher does not collect, transmit, distribute, or sell any of your personal data or personally identifiable information.
The only information the extension saves is your selected theme preference (e.g., whether you have selected the "Dark" or "Sakura" theme).
This data is stored strictly within your browser using Chrome's native chrome.storage.sync API. This allows your theme preference to be synced across your personal devices if you are signed into your Google account. We do not have access to this data.
Theme Switcher requests the following permissions for functional purposes only:
activeTab / <all_urls>: Required to inject the custom CSS themes into the websites you visit.storage: Required to save your active theme locally.scripting: Required to apply the styles to the page without reloading.tabs: Required to detect when a new tab is opened so the theme can be applied immediately.We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
